Recurso de Súplica presentado contra el auto del 2 de diciembre de 2010, proferido por el Magistrado Humberto Antonio Sierra Porto, que rechazó parcialmente la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada por el señor Luis Augusto Martínez Uribe, contra el literal b (parcial) del artículo 12 del Decreto 758 de 1990 y del parágrafo del artículo 36 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
La Sala advierte que en el fundamento del recurso de súplica, el peticionario incurre en una confusión entre el contenido y alcance del principio de supremacía constitucional y el ámbito de competencia de la Corte y se resuelve CONFIRMAR el auto.
